Night Shift Drivers

Night shift drivers wanted! Shifts are 5 days per week 10pm - 6am. Must be able to work all weekends and holidays. Must be reliable and have a clean driving record. Must pass a drug screen and DOT Physical. Driver will be sweeping in Indianapolis, In area. Experience preferred but not required.
Sales Position

The position entails the selling of parking lot/street sweeping, power washing, lawn care and other exterior services as well as building long term customer relationships. The position also offers a fantastic growth potential for the right individual who has a minimum of 4 years of total sales work experience in the landscape industry and/or general sales and marketing. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Meeting established sales quotas and revenue goals
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations.
- Developing technical presentations.
- Drafting contracts and proposals.
- Establishing & maintaining industry contacts and relationships.
- Making cold calls to potential clients.
- Determining marketing strategies for services & products.
- Delivering contracts and proposals.
- Measuring square footage on properties.
- Attending industry expos and functions as needed.
- Inputting sales contact info into sales tracking software.
- Attend company and client meetings as required.
Requirements:
Successful candidates must be self motivated, be able to work without close supervision and take direction accordingly. Must pass drug screen and DOT physical. Prefer experience with relationship based sales. Must be personable and have excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, proficient computer skills and be knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Word. Must also have a valid Indiana Drivers License with a good driving record. Landscape or property management industry contacts a plus.
